About Morris School District Facility Use

Any local non-profit and/or civic organizations may rent school buildings for educational, cultural, civic, social, recreational, governmental, and non-partisan political activities.

The members of the Morris School District Board of Education recognize that the district facilities represent the largest jointly owned resource in the community. As such, they direct the administration to protect and properly maintain these assets. Additionally, they believe that these assets need to be made available to members of the community for their use beyond the school day.

Serving as a community resource is the best way to maximize the return on the investment the residents have made in our schools and fields. As such, we welcome community members or organizations to utilize our school facilities when they are not in use by the instruction/extracurricular programs.

How to Use

to Reserve Facilities

1. To Become a Requester click on “Register Now” button below.

2. Check for the approval notification in your inbox. The Director/President of your Organization will need to sign the required forms provided and submit a Certificate of Insurance and upload them to your account.

3. Log in to your account to place Facilities requests and to access and upload the required forms.

4. You will receive an approval/denial email of your facilities’ request. You can always check on the status of your request by logging in to your account.

5. You will be sent an electronic agreement that the Director/President of your Organization is required to sign with the PIN you created when registering.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DESIRED DATE

Upon receipt of the electronically signed contract, the facility has been officially reserved for your use.
